Two parties emerged with equal needs in our society.
Their problems existed because of three main change drivers:
Charity shops were receiving too many donations to cope with. Charity Shops did not have enough volunteers. Economic migrants were settling in the UK with qualifications they could not use because of their basic English language skills; they were failing to integrate into society.
More Service Design methodologies were applied before concepting could begin.

The Service (& its Touchpoints) was designed as a direct response to the needs of its intended user. A new journey was created.
Integrate was designed for charity shops across the UK, it aimed at getting them more volunteers whilst helping internationals visiting the UK gain practical English Language skills
